A word of advice to Tommaso Ghirardi.

By: Jason | July 19th, 2009

If you sell this young man, Parma is finished in Serie A. Please keep him on board!!! He scored 13 goals for the Crociati last season and will surely be a key part of a successful run in the top flight this coming season. His pace and creativity with the ball are reminiscent of Roberto Baggio in his early years…albeit no one could ever match Il Divino’s skill. What I mean to say is this, if Parma are to regain prominence in Italy, this youngster must be involved in that equation. With such an arsenal of skills at his disposal, Parma’s front office must do all they can to secure his services for years to come. Parma faithful, prepare for glory!!!

In Paloschi we trust.

He’s young and Italian, he won’t be called back by Milan for 10 years.

he’ll need a place to develop further over the next few seasons and even though Milan partially own his contract, I feel that Parma will make room to keep him for a few seasons.

I wouldn’t be too sure about that Alessio; now it seems like we want our youth players back while you seem to have more faith in the Brazilian NT.

I wouldn’t say Paloschi reminds me of Baggio, but he is definitely a Pippo Inzaghi with more skill on the ball.

Paloschi has a similar style to Baggio in that he has that skill on the ball and is more of a true striker. Of course nobody can touch Roberto’s skill but he is a legend in the making, Parma need to keep him for as long as they can afford.
